Repeated 911 hang-up from Cottage Grove residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible 911 hang-up situation at a residence in Highland. A male and female were reportedly heard talking before the call disconnected. When dispatch called back, someone answered briefly and then disconnected again. An officer was advised that the caller may be stepping outside to speak with them.
