Power line down near grocery store on Third Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews respond to a reported electrical hazard near Third Street Southwest and U.S. Highway 70 West by a grocery store, where a power line is apparently down in the roadway with no visible flames or smoke. The original caller disconnected and is no longer on scene.
