In June 2, and AMR 118, Erasawning on a Code 1 fall, the Rosewood Specialty Care 2550-Century Boulevard Unit 114. Patient of 75-year-old female, she's conscious breathing normally, had a ground-level fall, bleeding from her head. She is able to speak and follow commands. This was unwitnessed. No complaint prior reported. She said bleeding is controlled. Nothing further at this time.
