She's unable to get up on her own congestion. Is on oxygen and says her saturations are at 5757. She's not speaking normally. breathing episode gradually worsened for the last couple days. She also has alcoholism, ETOH on board. She's on a steroid paper and just switched a dosage. And she's also located in the basement and advise that medics could not get a stretcher up the stairs to her and that she had to walk. No further.
