Woman has chest pain and numbness in left arm

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a location on South Main Street for a possible medical emergency involving a 37-year-old woman with chest pain, numbness in her left arm, and shortness of breath. Units were advised to access the scene from the back of the building.
