Man at bus stop threatens to stab someone

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a man at a bus stop near a department store who was talking to himself and reportedly threatened to poke or stab someone with a knife, although no weapon was seen. Security requested that the man be removed from the area.
