Kids reported causing disturbance in neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy was sent to the area near N Roanoke Ave for reported suspicious activity involving kids running around the neighborhood and reportedly driving poorly. They reportedly confronted the reporting party and a resident, exchanged words, and then left the area.
