Large disturbance near Windrow Drive; juvenile struck with baseball bat

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a large disturbance near Windrow Drive after reports of roughly 25–30 people outside and significant yelling. Radio traffic indicated an officer had a person at gunpoint and roads were blocked to prevent vehicles from leaving. PD requested EMS to stage for a possible injury after a juvenile was reportedly struck in the head with a baseball bat; injury count was reported as a single patient.
