Welfare check for elderly man after week of no contact

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond for a welfare check on an elderly man after his family reports no contact for about a week. They check a residence near West Maple and look into vehicles possibly connected to him. During the same radio traffic, officers are also dispatched to a separate traffic crash with injuries near Highland, Eastgate, and Stewart and Maple.
