Fireworks complaints on 7th Avenue and Fourth Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call about possibly intoxicated people setting off fireworks near 7th Avenue in Hinton. Officers checked the area on nearby streets, including Fourth Avenue, and it appears to only involve fireworks activity.
