Unconscious man breathing with difficulty at South Ridgecrest

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units and medics responded to a medical call about an unconscious man who was reportedly breathing but having difficulty near a residence on South Ridgecrest. There was some initial confusion about the exact house number before units were directed to the correct location down the street, where a person in a vehicle was expected to help guide them. EMS arrived shortly afterward to assist the patient.
