Repeated 911 hang-up from Locust Road building

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 hang-up and open line from a business building on Locust Road. No voices were heard and there was static on the return call. It appears this may be related to previous recurring line errors, and the phone provider or technical support was contacted to follow up.
