As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area of Paddock Lane and Holladay Boulevard in Holladay for a report that two men wearing Spider-Man masks jumped in front of a vehicle and appeared to reach into their pockets before leaving. The reporting person was no longer at the scene.
