Barefoot person with flashlight in stopped red car

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a red car stopped at a stop sign near Holland Junction. The caller described the occupant as barefoot and shining a flashlight around the area. Deputies were sent to check on the suspicious activity.
