False activation of emergency phone at Hope College

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a code blue emergency phone activation in a parking lot near East 9th Street at a college campus. It was determined the phone was apparently activated by a group of basketball participants, with one person saying they thought it would open a dorm door. The emergency phone was cleared and officers left the area available.
