Dog left in parked SUV for several hours

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a blue small SUV parked for several hours in a lot near the 900 block of Plank Road in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. The caller reported a dog inside the vehicle with the windows partially open. Officers also checked a license plate reportedly from Mississippi that appeared to be unlicensed with a negative records return.
