Female found down at Silver Lake State Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and EMS responded to a possible medical emergency involving an adult at Silver Lake State Park near the crosswalk area. Units coordinated access and EMS was cleared to enter and treat a person believed to be the same male from a previous incident.
