Elderly woman reported to have fallen, hit head, not breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are dispatched for a medical emergency reported near Fenwick (across from Cox Hill) in the Section 34 southeast area. A 79-year-old woman reportedly fell outside, hit her head on cement, and was reported not breathing.
