Man found passed out outside Holmen residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, first responders in Holmen were dispatched to Wall Street East for a possible medical emergency involving a man found on the ground outside a residence. The man was initially reported as passed out but later appeared somewhat alert while emergency crews were on scene.
