Patient with serious burns and fever at Holmen apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, holmen first responders were dispatched to a medical call for a sick person at an apartment on Ryan Street. Radio traffic indicated the patient already had serious burns and then became ill overnight with hot and cold symptoms and a possible fever.
