Car fire reported in Holt commuter lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a (number withheld) report of a possible car fire in a commuter lot in Holt, Missouri. The caller saw heavy smoke and reported that a man left the area in a white utility truck, possibly a GMC or Chevy, before driving away. No license plate information was obtained.
