Complaint about juveniles riding bikes in roadway near Avalon Way

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about juveniles riding an e-bike in the roadway near Avalon Way. An officer later reported a group of three juveniles coming off Avalon (regular bikes).
