Two-car crash at Fifth Street and Oak Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported two-vehicle collision near Fifth Street and Oak Street, where one vehicle appears to have hit a parked vehicle from behind and was partially blocking the roadway. No injuries were reported.
