Elderly woman falls at apartment in Hood River

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical alert was activated for an 81-year-old female at an apartment near 11th St in Hood River. The caller reported that her grandmother had fallen, and the alarm company advised an additional activation from within the residence. Medic 3 responded and arrived on scene.
