Woman leaves truck and flees scene on foot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a call near East 4th Street about a woman refusing to leave. She apparently left a truck in an empty lot and then left the area on foot toward Phillips Lane. The truck was reportedly connected to a residence on Liberty Lane.
