Loose large dogs running in and out of traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two large loose dogs running in and out of traffic near First and Main and later near a nearby business. One dog was described as white and the other brown, and the caller did not believe they had collars. An officer indicated they would be en route to check the situation and possible traffic hazard.
