Controlled trash burn mistaken for kitchen fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported kitchen and vehicle fire near 310th Avenue and county road 47 in the Hopkinton area. The situation was later clarified as a controlled burn using a dump truck or dumpster to burn trash, and responders were told they could disregard.
