Elderly man reported missing in Horicon found safe

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Horicon responded to a report of a missing 84-year-old man last seen at a home near North Finch Street. He was believed to have left on foot. The man was later contacted by an officer and was safely back at his residence. In a separate call, first responders were requested to a home on Adams Road for a 75-year-old man with advanced cancer who was not acting normally and needed medical transport.
