Deceased dog reported chained near roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of possible animal cruelty near Fisher Ridge Road, where a neighbor said a dog kept on a chain by the roadway appeared to be deceased and requested a response with photos taken for documentation.
