Runaway teen may have taken white truck near hotel

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a missing 16-year-old who may have cut off an ankle monitor and left in a possibly stolen white truck. The truck was last seen near a hotel north of the Horse Creek Bridge, and may have later been seen on I-65.
