Domestic disturbance involving upset child and reported physical altercation

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were sent for a disturbance near E Main St in Hortonville. A neighbor reported a child outside and very upset after a phone was broken. The incident was reported as physical involving the child’s mother and the mother’s boyfriend. No injuries were reported; further details were still being gathered. Response was upgraded (Code 3).
