Report of large fire pit near Twentieth and Baltimore

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a citizen report of a fire pit with flames about four feet high near Baltimore Avenue and South 20th Street. They searched the area, including nearby alleyways, and noted a smell of fire but did not initially see visible flames from the street.
