Intoxicated man causing disturbance at Evans Plunge

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from staff at a local pool facility about a man who appeared to be under the influence, had a strong odor, and was behaving oddly with pink items wrapped around his body and on trees. He was reportedly making inappropriate comments to staff, who did not feel safe asking him to leave, and a deputy was sent to the scene near North River Street in Hot Springs.
