Dog left in car at hardware store parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible animal cruelty situation in the parking lot of a hardware store on North Highway 7, where a dog was reported left in a silver Honda Accord. The owner returned, argued with someone at the scene, and then left with the dog, and the caller canceled the complaint.
