Patient located behind nursing facility at 121 Cortez Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to a reported medical call near the nursing facility on Cortez Road. Initially, the patient was not located at the back of the building, but the caller indicated the patient was outside near the back side of the facility.
