Ex-husband blocks driveway with tow truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a landline call from a woman near Cougar Mountain Road reporting a possible family dispute. She stated that her ex-husband was in a white tow truck blocking her driveway so she could not get in. Deputies planned to speak with her and check for any prior protective orders between them.
