Resident reports plant stolen from apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a larceny complaint at an apartment complex near Byron Avenue after a caller reported that a man may have stolen a potted plant from outside her apartment the previous day. The caller followed the man to another apartment in the complex but no one answered the door, and no weapons were reported.
