Caller reports woman acting oddly then leaving area

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a woman acting in a possibly suspicious manner at a property near Green Street in Houlton. The caller said he could not understand her, described her as wearing all white, and said she walked away toward Bangor Street. After she left, the caller said he was all set.
