Reckless e-bike rider reported near Houston stores

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer contacted a male on an e-scooter near a high school and found he apparently has a suspended license related to a prior DUI. A caller later reported a male on an e-bike riding recklessly near a dollar store on Adams Avenue and heading toward a nearby street in Houston.
