This is the direct result of a bastardized legal system thst for far too long allowed criminals freedom instead of making them understand there are ramifications for crime. In addition, yhe many homeless are being kicked out of downtown by our usual Democrat leadership who do nothing but move them out vs. doing something substantive. This stupid move was also exacerbated by choping off church food lines at the knees requiring ridiculous protocols under the guise of "protecting" them when, in fact, it destroyed long-standing help without, of course, any plan B by the "leadership" of the city snd Hartis County. We must vote out every single Democrat. Period.
