House fire after propane tank explosion in Victor

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and ambulance crews were dispatched to a reported house fire near 70th Street Southwest in Victor Township after the homeowner stated a propane tank exploded. Flames were visible on the upper floor, and it was reported that everyone was outside and no one was inside the home.
