Juvenile having behavioral episode near Howell

As discussed during the dispatch call, a juvenile is experiencing a behavioral episode again near North Highway 83. Medical responded to a similar incident yesterday. No weapons or drugs are involved. The juvenile is laying on the couch and exhibiting unusual behavior.
