Single-vehicle crash with injured driver on Kennedy

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and medical crews responded to a single-vehicle crash on the 400 block of Kennedy Memorial Drive, where a vehicle went off the road and struck a tree. A male driver was initially unconscious but breathing, later became responsive, and then reportedly collapsed again and was unresponsive as the ambulance arrived. Radio traffic also mentioned a separate call for a small exterior fire at a residence and a welfare check on a possibly impaired male in front of a business.
