Juvenile damaging neighbor’s dog house

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a juvenile complaint on Hall Lane near Freshfield Drive, where a caller reported that his son was possibly destroying a neighbor’s dog house after the neighbor’s dog reportedly died the previous night.
