Suspicious man acting strangely near church tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to reports of a man behaving strangely near the railroad tracks south of a church on Seventh Street in Hudson. Witnesses said the man had attended a church service earlier and appeared disorderly.
