Hit-and-run with minor damage on I-94 near 11th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and fire units responded to a reported hit-and-run with minor vehicle damage on westbound I-94 between Carmichael and 11th Street near a slip ramp by 14th Street. The striking vehicle, possibly an older black four-door Chevy sedan, reportedly left the scene heading west. During this radio traffic, a separate possible medical emergency involving a suspected stroke was reported at a residence on (number withheld) in Somerset Township, with rescue units en route.
