Woman's arm turns purple after surgery bandage too tight

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female who had arm surgery this morning appears to have a bandage that is too tight, causing her arm and hand to turn purple near Walnut Street in Humboldt. Rescue 25 and local first responders are dispatched.
