Unresponsive diabetic woman treated at Bryan Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to Bryan Park near Washington Street for a reported unresponsive woman with apparent diabetic complications. The woman, described as in her 40s to 60s, was semi-responsive and was transported to a nearby hospital.
