Traffic hazard from fallen tree and unlit vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible traffic hazard near Falls Pointe Way and Hearthstone Court involving a large fallen branch in the roadway and a parked vehicle partially in the road without lights. Units were sent to check the situation and clear the obstruction.
