Apparent dog attack near Winterhall Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded to reports of a possible dog attack near Winterhall Road and Summer Place. A caller reported hearing a woman screaming and appearing to need help but was not at the scene. The report was made from a nearby apartment complex.
